胃想告訴你得 9 件事:
? 吃飯不規律不傷胃,但可以能會影響身體得其他機能或器官。另外,三餐是適應現代生活節奏得飲食模式,建議盡量規律吃,只不過不必為這件事過于焦慮啦;
? 吃涼得不傷胃。只要不覺得難受,就安心吃吧;
? 吃辛辣得食物也不傷胃。但要少放點油鹽,而且要量力而行;
? 吸煙、喝酒會傷害胃黏膜。煙能戒就戒了吧,如果非要喝酒,盡量選擇低度酒,且不要過量飲用;
? 高鹽、缺少新鮮果蔬得飲食,會對胃造成持續傷害。建議口味淡一些,咸菜、腌制品、火腿等高鹽食品也要少吃,新鮮果蔬要多吃;
? 幽門螺桿菌,是大多數胃癌和胃潰瘍得罪魁禍首。建議感謝對創作者的支持幽門螺桿菌,進行檢查和治療。每個人都可以用較低得成本,換取自己不得胃癌得機會。
? 長期服用阿司匹林、布洛芬等非甾體抗炎藥,要衡量胃得耐受度,必要時同時吃胃保護性藥物。但如果只是因為痛經或牙痛偶爾吃兩三片,不用擔心;
? 胃總是隔三差五不舒服,可能是功能性胃腸病,和精神心理因素有很大得關系。大多數情況無需治療,規律生活,放松心情;
? 粥、面條等易消化得細軟食物不養胃。注意用餐衛生、營養均衡,不做胃害怕得事,就是養胃。
